🚨 EDITING UPDATE POLICY 🚨
After your shoot, I go into full editing mode. That means I am locked in.
I do not provide constant updates during the editing process.
Not because I don’t care. & Not because I forgot about you.
But because answering “is it done yet?” messages every day slows the process down for everybody.
Editing takes focus. Creativity takes space. Distractions add time.
If your turnaround time is 14 business days, please understand that means business days — not weekends, not holidays.

ShotBySyn – Late Rescheduling Policy
At ShotBySyn, your time and experience are valued. If you need to reschedule an appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled start time, the remaining balance (the second half of your payment) must be paid in full before the original appointment was set to begin.
This payment secures your rescheduled date and time. If the balance is not received prior to the original appointment, the session will be canceled and any deposits or previous payments will be forfeited.
