After your shoot, I go into full editing mode. That means I am locked in.

I do not provide constant updates during the editing process.

Not because I don’t care. & Not because I forgot about you. But because answering “is it done yet?” messages every day slows the process down for everybody.

Editing takes focus. Creativity takes space. Distractions add time.

If your turnaround time is 14 business days, please understand that means business days — no weekends, no holidays.

I do have some props available. However, it is best to bring exactly what you want in your photos to prevent confusion.

yes and no . I will at no cost provide the unedited photos of the edits you choose at request only. (MUST BE REQUESTED BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STUDIO)

ALL RAW PHOTOS may be purchased in the store on this site. (must also be purchased before/during your shoot)

ShotBySyn – Late Rescheduling Policy

At ShotBySyn, your time and experience are valued. If you need to reschedule an appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled start time, the remaining balance (the second half of your payment) must be paid in full before the original appointment was set to begin.

This payment secures your rescheduled date and time. If the balance is not received prior to the original appointment, the session will be canceled and any deposits or previous payments will be forfeited.

Yes ! As long as they are going to help with something while on set. We dont need space savers though ! Please no kids unless they are being photographed.

Makeup is highly recommended for multiple reasons. its not mandatory but it is very much appreciated. If you need makeup artist recommendations feel free to reach out .

Turnaround times are reserved at the time of booking and cannot be changed after your session without an expedited editing fee.

If you request your images on any date earlier than your package's delivery date, the regular 24 hour turnaround price will be applied. This includes requests made:

• Weeks before the due date

• A few days before the due date

• The day before the due date

• The same day as the request

Example: If you purchased a 14 business day turnaround package but later decide you need your images sooner, you will be charged the price difference between your selected package and the 24 hr turnaround.

Due to heavy workloads this option is not always available so please plan accordingly when booking.
